I have ordered takeout mostly. Almost all my experiences have been great . I work 12 hr shifts so after a long day take out at Lets Ko is my favorite. Food is top knotch and service is always amazing !
Unfortunately the last few times I've ordered online it's been not so great . A few weeks back I ordered and paid for my meal online . When I called to confirm the manager told me they were closing for the night. Their website said they were open until 8pm and it was only 6pm. I expected to at least have my one meal which was yakisoba ( quick and easy) full filled since I already paid and it was their mistake for not closing their online ordering site.
Last night was New Years Eve and again I ordered online and paid . My confirmation came through but it would be a 2 hr wait . No problem as I knew it was New Years Eve and they would be extremely busy. When I called to confirm the manager told me they were not taking any more orders for the evening .Again my food was already paid for.
I suggest getting some help with editing and updating their online ordering application.
